Monika
Before joining 111 SKIN as Retail Manager, Monika spent eight years as a fragrance expert on many of the world’s most prestigious brands. During this time, she proved a keen understanding of customer needs and wants, and translating abstract ideas into something tangible. In fragrance, it is capturing a mood and personality. No two people wear fragrance the same or share the same memories conjured by a scent. In beauty, it is even more difficult. But this is where Monika excels and her true passion radiates. She understands that the right skincare, applied in the right way, can transform how someone looks at themselves in the mirror.
Monika has her NVQ Level 2 in Beauty Therapy, Level 3 in Massage, Level 3 General and Edexel Level 2 in Retail Beauty Consultancy. She has also completed numerous courses on different beauty techniques and treatments.
When she is not working, Monika enjoys playing classical music on her piano and practicing kickboxing. She is a native Polish speaker and knows enough German and Russian for conversation.
YaLu
Not only does YaLu have advanced diplomas from the London University of Arts in make-up and image styling, but she is also an expert in Gakin Facial Massage. This technique is designed to reduce tension in facial muscles, encourage lymphatic drainage and boost blood circulation, resulting in more facial definition and more radiant skin.
